I have been interested in fishing since the age of ten when my family and I moved to Florida in the late 80'S. Every weekend we would drive down to the Florida keys to fish and dive the wrecks and reef's off of John Penny Camp State Park in Key largo, Biscayne Bay and the Florida Keys. Thus, began my love affair with fishing that continues to this day.
Soon after my family moved to Miami my grandparents bought a house in Bradenton, Florida about 6 miles from Holmes Beach. Every summer, long weekend and holiday was spent fishing off the pier with my grandfather, Benedict A. Dabreo, who always had a great story to tell about the BIG-ONE that got away.
In my late teens and early twenties I continued to enjoy fishing the waters of Florida and applying what I learned from my grandfather. I started going on my own fishing trips deep into the Florida Everglades, Florida Bay, Everglades National Park, Biscayne Bay, and all the nooks & crannies in between. All along the way gaining experience and learning the different techniques it takes to find and catch those elusive and most sought after Florida gamefish.
These days, I have the pleasure of being a captain and guide doing what I love and taking people like you into the beautiful Florida backcountry and introducing you to a great time on the water and great memories that will last for a lifetime.
