Bowfishing is one of the fastest growing sports in the outdoor industry. It merges the sport of hunting with archery and fishing, providing heart-pounding action for a thrilling adventure. In other parts of the country, bowfishermen target mainly trash fish such as carp in murky waters. Here in South Florida, it’s bowfishing heaven with a variety of species to harvest in crystal clear water and some of the best tasting fish you can find. There are a slew of invasive fish species in the Everglades and we target them all; fish conservation at its finest. In the Everglades (freshwater), we target mainly blue tilapia, sailfin catfish, Mayan cichlid, Oscar, and some nongame fish as well like the bowfin, gar, and chain pickeral. In the Biscayne Bay flats (saltwater), we target southern stingray, barracuda, sheepshead, striped mullet, mangrove snapper, and more.
We operate out of Miami, FL. Our launch locations include Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Homestead, and Key Largo. For optimal bowfishing experience, the captain may recommend a change in location the day of charter due to bad weather or fishing reports. No saltwater fishing license is needed as our Charter license covers. We also have a license that covers all passengers for freshwater bowfishing as well. Our boat can accommodate up to 6 paid guests with 4 shooters at a time. All equipment is provided. Complimentary water/sodas on board as well as complimentary fish cleaning at the end of charter. This is a great opportunity to try a new and exciting sport and share the love of bowfishing with friends and family. All fish are harvested within FWC regulations. We are a veteran- owned small business. Captain Donovan has 13+ years of bowfishing experience and is a Bass Pro Shops Endorsed Pro Staff. He is an Active Duty Soldier with 19 years in. We currently operate part-time on weekends and holidays.
